Our goal is a HAPPY customer! Please read our policy, but know that our goal is your product satisfaction. 

 

Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Jewelry, Beauty Products, and Final Sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). All Personalized products are nonreturnable.

Items will not be accepted past 14 days from the shipped date.

 

All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and must be accompanied
by the original RECEIPT form. Returns must be received no later than 14 days after the shipped date. 


All shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received damaged, defected, or wrong item(s).


Eligible on-line purchases may be brought to the Weatherford Boutique & Salon for a return, exchange, or
store credit. If you mail your return, securely pack your merchandise with the RECEIPT
form in the original packaging or packaging of your choice. You will be responsible for the return
shipping cost. Mail your online returns to the following address: the Weatherford Boutique & Salon, 1715 Fort Worth Highway, Weatherford, TX, 76086.


Allow 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for
the credit to appear on your statement. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
